Chocolate Chip Scones

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 & 1/4 cup heavy cream
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
3 Tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Sift first 4 ingredients together. Stir in chocolate chips. Add cream and mix until moist. Turn out onto board and knead 10 times. Form dough into 2 small discs and flatten out to about 1/2 inch thick. Spread butter onto dough and sprinkle with the 3 tablespoons of sugar. Cut into triangles with a pizza cutter. Place on cookie sheet and bake 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Yummy!!!
