Whole Wheat Muffins

1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup cooking oil

Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl. Mix milk, eggs, and oil, together in separate bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full and bake at 426 degrees for about 15 minutes.
