1 & 1/2 cups white chocolate dipping wafers
1 cup peppermint candy crushed
1 & 1/2 cups milk or dark chocolate dipping wafers
Melt chocolate in microwave for 45 seconds. It will not be completely melted. Stir until all melted.
Add peppermint candy to white chocolate. Pour onto 11 x 15 jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper.
Cool. Break into chunks and serve! :) You can layer milk chocolate or dark chocolate and then after it cools, add white with peppermint. You can layer chocolates, cooling in between layers and sprinkle peppermint on top. You get to be creative and experiment on your desired flavor and look. The peppermint chunks are at candy-making supply stores. They come in a bag already crushed. But in a pinch, you can buy starlight mints and crush them in a ziplock bag with a hammer!
