Fresh Ginger and Mango Salad

1 large mango
1 Lebanese cucumber
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 cup lime juice
1 Tablespoon sugar

Cube mago, slice cucumber very thinly
Stir lime juice and sugar until completely dissolved.  Add to mango and cucumber.  Add grated ginger.  Enjoy!!  Goes well with chicken or fish.  Very refreshing.  Can be made up a few hours ahead of time and allow to chill.
