Ghana Chocolate Cake

1 & 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 cup water

Mix ingredients together in above order.  Pour into a 9x9  greased baking pan.  Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.  This recipe has worked on 3 continents and most of the cocoa in the world comes from Ghana!

Butter Chocolate Frosting
1/4 to 1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons whole milk or cream

Stir together and spread on cooled cake.
