Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
3 packages of chopped frozen spinach
2 to 3 ounces of cream cheese
4 tablespoons of butter
nutmeg grated lemon rind as desired
1 cup of herb stuffing mix

Directions
Cook spinach and drain. Return to pan and blend in cream cheese and half of butter. Season with nutmeg and lemon. Turn into buttered casserole. Spread on stuffing and drizzle with the last of the butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
