Mrs. D's Broccoli Casserole

1 pound broccoli or 1 bag broccoli spears
2 beaten eggs
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup grated cheese

Cook broccoli. Combine eggs, soup, onions, and mayo. Add broccoli and cheese. Pour mixture into buttered 9x13 pan. Crush 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers and mix with 1 cube melted butter. Sprinkle cracker mixture on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can be made a day before.
