4 Tablespoons dry yeast
1 cup powdered milk or 1 & 1/2 cups instant milk
5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons salt
2/3 cup oil
15 cups flour ( you can use up to half whole wheat)
Mix milk and water until dissolved. Add yeast and sugar, then salt and 3 cups of flour. Stir well and then add oil and more of the flour. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Knead for 10 minutes adding flour as needed. Put into greased bowl and cover. Let rise to double in size, punch down and let rise again. Form into 5 large loaves of bread. Let rise in pan until double in size and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. You will know it is done when it is golden brown in color and when you tap on the loaf, it will sound hollow. :)
