Soft Carmel Corn

2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup white Karo syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cube butter

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Add condensed milk and butter and bring to a boil again. Cook mixture to a softball stage (240 degrees) stirring occasionally. Pour over 2 batches of popcorn and form into balls. These don't get hard.
