For a 12 lb. Turkey:
1 quart day old bread cubed
1 quart corn bread cubed
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon rubbed sage
1/4 cup butter
1 eggs beaten
1 cup giblet juice or chicken broth
Saute onion and celery in butter til translucent. Mix all of the rest of the ingredients adding the broth last of all. Toss lightly and do not mash. Put into buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 -25 minutes or lightly browned on top. I usually double this for 10 to 12 people.
