3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup white sugar heaping
1/4 cup brown sugar heaping
1 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup melted butter
dash of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans
Mix all of the ingredients well except pecans. Put pecans in the bottom of an uncooked pie shell. You can leave most of them whole or break up some pieces. Pour the liquid over the pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until custard is set. Stick a butter knife in center and if it comes out clean, it is done. You can use up to 1/3 cup on each of the sugars, but it will be extra sweet.
