Pumpkin Delight

Crust
1 Pkg of yellow cake mix, set 1 cup of mix aside for later
1/2 Cup melted butter
1 egg

Mix the above ingredients together well.  Press mixture into the bottom of a 9X13 inch baking dish to form a crust.

Filling
1 lb. can of pumpkin
1/2 Cup of milk
2 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and clove)
2 eggs
1 Cup sugar

Mix the filling ingredients together until well combined.  Pour mixture over the crust

Topping
1 Cup Yellow Cake Mix held in reserve
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup soft butter

Mix topping ingredients together.  Sprinkle topping on top of the filling.  I like extra topping so sometimes I double it and use a portion of another cake mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes for a delicious fall treat!
