9 inch deep dish pastry shell (store bought or handmade)
1 Cup grated cheese (I use cheddar, but you can do any mixture)
3 Large eggs or 4 Medium eggs
1 Cup milk
1/2-1 Cup anything else (sausage, bacon, ham, green peppers, tomato, broccoli, spinach, onion)
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Prepare the pastry shell in a 9 inch pie dish according to package directions. Fill the bottom of the pastry shell by layering the cheese and whatever combination of toppings you may have. I usually use whatever I have left over from other meals whether it be potatoes, meat or veggies. Beat the eggs and milk together until well combined. Pour this mixture over the toppings in the pastry shell. Bake for about an hour until the egg mixture has set in the middle of the pie. This is an easy way to use leftovers in a new way. Enjoy!
