Spring Appetizer Pizza

1 pkg (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 container (8 oz) cream cheese spread
2 T mayonnaise
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
4 oz ham, cut into short thin pieces (1 cup)
3/4 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup cucumber slices, quartered
1/3 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1/8 small red onion, cut into thin wedges

1.  Preheat oven to 350.  Unroll the crescent roll dough; separate into 8 triangles.  On a pizza stone, arrange triangles in a circle with the points in the center and the wide ends toward the outside.  Roll out dough into a 12 in. circle, pressing seams together to seal.  Bake 14-17 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool completely.

2.  Combine cream cheese, mayo, garlic and lemon pepper.  Spread evenly over crust.

3.  Top pizza with ham and vegetables.  Refrigerate for 30 min.  Cut into squares and serve for a light summer appetizer.

Yield:  10 servings
