2 cups flour
2 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
5 Tablespoons butter
3/4 cup milk
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and butter until nice and crumbly. Butter should be all mixed in. Add milk and stir until mix becomes a nice ball. Knead 5-6 times. Roll out 3/8 in thick and cut into rounds with a cup or biscuit cutter. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly brown.
