Mamoo's Famous Peach Pie

1 baked pie shell
5 peaches
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoon butter

Peel and slice 3 of the peaches into the baked pie shell.

Peel and slice the next 2 peaches into a sauce pan.  Add sugar, corn starch and water then mash.  Cook and stir over medium heat until boiling.  Boil and stir continually for 1 minute.  Remove from heat. Add almond extract and butter.  Stir until butter is melted.  Mixture should be thick.

Pour over peaches in pie shell.  Then chill in refrigerator 3-4 hours.  Top with whipped cream and serve to your favorite Evan :)
