Porcupines

Ingredients
1 lb. of ground beef
1/3 cup of rice
1 teaspoon of salt
Small onion, minced
Sage, if desired

Directions
Mix together ingredients and shape into small balls. Melt fat in pan. Brown meatballs. Add one can of tomato soup and one can of water. Cook over low heat for one hour.
