1 small box Wild Rice cooked
1 jar pimentos
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 tablespoons parsley
1 cup mayonaise or sour cream or half and half
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small can water chestnuts
Mix all the ingredients together and place in buttered 9 x 13 casserole dish. Add grated cheese to the top o the casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
