Potato Casserole

8 medium potatoes boiled, peeled, and sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pint sour cream
1 & 1/2 cups grated cheese

Mix all of the ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter mixed with 1/4 cup crushed corn flakes or ritz crackers. You can also add chunks of ham to make this a main dish. Another variation is to not use the topping and just put some of the grated cheese on top making it more like potatoes au gratin.
