Ritz Chicken

Great for large groups with kids.

6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz) sour cream
1 column of Ritz crackers smashed up
1 cube of melted butter
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Place cubed and cooked chicken into a 9X13 pan. Mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream together and pour over the chicken. Combine the smashed up crackers, butter and poppy seeds and sprinkle that mixture over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
