1 large package raspberry jello
1 can cranberry sauce - I make my own
4 oz softened cream cheese
1 small container whipping cream
Mix jello as per package directions and put into 9 x 13 casserole. Add in the cranberry sauce. Set for several hours until firm. Soften the cream cheese, and add the whipping cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and whip until fluffy. Spread on the top of the jello and put in fridge until ready to serve.
You can also make two layers with a layer of 8 ounces of sour cream mixed with 3 ounces of cream cheese in between the jello layers. You can add frozen raspberries to the top layer of jello. Just some fun options that I like to use.
